All sourcing is done based on buyer specifications, including grade, origin, and intended use. Multiple grades are available for each product, aligned to application and market needs.

Whole Spices

We supply a range of Indian spices both in their whole form and in powdered, including:

Spice Blends

Bafat Powder is a traditional coastal spice blend based on a long-standing family recipe, developed through consistent use in cooking and adapted for reliable, repeatable supply.

It is made using a combination of two types of Indian dried red chillies to provide both heat and deep colour, supported by cumin seeds and coriander seeds for body and balance. A measured addition of black pepper adds sharpness, while turmeric contributes to flavour and balance. I mught have left out one or two secret ingredients that mom puts in her bafat!

Each component is selected based on its role in the blend, ensuring that the final mix delivers a stable and consistent flavour profile across batches.

The blend is typically used in meat preparations, marinades, and coastal-style dishes, where a strong, well-rounded spice base is required. It performs well across different cooking methods, maintaining flavour through both short and extended cooking.

Heat level, colour intensity, and grind size can be adjusted based on specific application and market requirements.

We offer standard spice blends made using selected whole spices to ensure consistency in flavour and performance.

Bafat Powder

Mom’s Garam Masala comes from a recipe passed down through generations in our family, something that’s been used and refined in everyday cooking over the years.

It’s made with a well-balanced mix of spices including black pepper, cloves, nutmeg, star anise, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, caraway seeds, black cardamom, and green cardamom, bay leaves, cinnamon, along with a few supporting spices that bring the blend together.

The idea is simple — nothing stands out too sharply, but everything works together to add depth, warmth, and aroma. It fits easily into most savoury dishes and, in smaller quantities, can even work in certain sweet preparations where a gentle spice note is needed.

It’s one of those blends that’s easier to understand once you try it — happy to share a sample.

Curry Powder

Our Curry Powder is a balanced, general-purpose blend developed for consistent performance across a range of applications.

It is made using turmeric, coriander, cumin, and selected supporting spices to deliver a stable profile in terms of colour, aroma, and flavour. The blend is designed to be well-rounded, without excessive heat or sharpness, making it suitable for broad use.

It is commonly used in sauces, gravies, marinades, and food processing applications, where a reliable and repeatable flavour base is required.

The blend can be adjusted based on buyer requirements, including variations in heat level, colour, and grind size, depending on the intended application and market preference.

Samples can be provided for evaluation.

Sambar Powder

Our Sambar Powder is based on a traditional South Indian formulation, adapted for consistent use across batches and applications.

It combines ground lentils, coriander seeds, and dried red chillies with dehydrated curry leaf powder and garlic powder, along with a mix of supporting spices. This gives the blend its body, depth, and a well-rounded aroma without being overly sharp or spicy.

The profile is designed to work as a reliable base for sambar and other lentil or vegetable preparations, holding its flavour without needing much adjustment.

We can make small adjustments based on your requirement, but the base version is steady and easy to work with.

Custom Blends - Spices +

Along with standard blends, we offer custom formulations where our spices are combined with dehydrated powdered ingredients to create more application-specific mixes.

This includes ingredients such as onion, garlic, tomato, curry leaves, herbs, and other vegetable or fruit powders, depending on the requirement. The idea is to move beyond basic spice mixes and create blends that are closer to a finished base for your product.

We work with you to align the blend to your application—whether it’s for retail products, food service, or processing—while maintaining consistency across batches.

Each blend is developed based on your requirement, with flexibility in composition, intensity, and format.
