Our grandparents ran a food business in Mangalore where spice blends were prepared in-house using family recipes. These blends were developed through daily use—focused on balance, strength, and consistency.
Over time, the focus expanded from blending to sourcing. We began working directly with suppliers across key spice-growing regions in India, building a clear understanding of how raw material quality affects the final product.
